#1: Les Chateaux Brie - France.  Made from soft – ripened cow’s milk / cream. Has a mild creamy interior with a butter & slight mushroom taste. – sean minor chardonnay, any of the sparking, the white burgundies, will hill chardonnay

#2  Havarti- (Denmark)  Made from cow’s milk, a semi- soft cheese that has a sweet buttery aroma and taste with some acidity.  Dolcetto, pinot noir, sauv blanc, gewurtztraminer

#3  Smoked Gouda- (Netherlands)  Made from cow’s milk.  Smooth, rich and mellow with a great smoky flavor. Cab sauv, zinfandel, old vine Grenache

#4 Windmer Six Year Cheddar- (Wisconsin)  Made from cow’s milk and aged for six years. This cheese has a nutty & sharp taste with a crumbly texture.  Riesling, vouvray, pinot gris,   cab sauv, zin, shiraz

#5 Stilton White Cranberry- (Nottinghamshire) Fresh-flavored, creamy-white cheese with a honeyed-aftertaste and crumbly, open texture enhanced by the tart succulence of sweet dried cranberries..  Prosecco, Moscato and Ruby Port

#6 Manchego- (La Mancha) Made from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed. Official manchego cheese is to be aged for between 60 days and two years. Manchego has a firm and compact consistency and a buttery texture, and often contains small, unevenly-distributed air pocket.
